Terms of Service for Custom Products

We, us, our within this document refers to MSI Investments LLC, SpartanCoins.com, Spartan Coins and any managers, affiliates or associates of MSI Investments LLC.

All sales of custom metal promotional products are final. Our list of custom metal promotional products includes items such as challenge coins, custom coins, custom medallions and custom lapel pins. We will not and do not refund money.

With Sample Custom Coins Orders

With sample custom coin orders are defined as custom coin orders that receive a physical sample coin prior to full production. With sample orders cannot be canceled. A non-refundable $175 fee will be assessed in the event a sample coin is not approved within 14 days of the sample coin being delivered to the customer.

Due to the custom nature of these products we do not refund money.

We completely and fully warranty the products we sell and manufacture which means we will replace any defective products! Please note that we should be notified of any defective custom products within 14 days of your receipt of the product.

Please note, your coin mold or coin die will remain on hand for 2 years without use. This means that you must use your coin mold once every 2 years to maintain the storage of said coin mold. You are more than welcome to have your coin mold shipped to you. Please note, you will be responsible for the shipping charges related to shipping your coin mold.

Shipping charges will be applied to all custom metal promotional product orders of 50 pieces or less and will also be applied to orders for custom coin sizes larger than 2 inches in diameter or longest dimension.

In most cases we create vector artwork for our custom metal promotional product designs. This artwork is the sole property of MSI Investments LLC and may contain proprietary information. You have the option to purchase this vector based artwork upon completion of your custom product order and for an additional fee.

We reserve the right to sell any coin we manufacture! We also reserve the right to use or reuse any coin mold or coin die that was discounted. Coin molds or coin dies that were not charged for are the property of MSI Investments LLC.

Terms of Service for Inventoried Items

In the event you receive a defective inventoried item from us such as an action figure or collectible we will replace that item if our inventory allows.

If our inventory does NOT allow for a replacement item to be sent then we will refund the purchase price of the item. Please note, we do not refund shipping charges. Shipping fees and charges are a consumable expense which means that money is gone to the shipping company and cannot be regained.
